Dr. Sanjay Talluri is passionate about creating beautiful, healthy smiles and ensuring every patient feels at ease in the dental chair. A proud graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he earned his dental degree in 2017, Dr. Talluri combines expertise with a compassionate, family-like approach to care.
Dr. Talluri believes every patient deserves honesty, transparency, and a personalized treatment plan tailored to their unique needs. Whether you're a child, teen, or adult, he takes pride in fostering a calm and judgment-free environment that helps even the most nervous patients feel comfortable—so you can look forward to visiting the dentist. Dr. Talluri is proud to be a business owner in the beautiful town of Melrose, MA. His goal is to become the trusted dentist families turn to for generations to come. Outside the office, he cherishes quality time with his wife and young son. An adventurer at heart, he loves swimming, backpacking, and exploring the stunning landscapes of New England. When he's not outdoors, you'll find him painting or immersing himself in the region’s rich culture and history.

Britney
Britney is a passionate dental assistant who graduated from Northern Essex Community College. She takes pride in being able to address patients' needs with respect and empathy. When she's not at Exquisite Dentistry, she loves being with family, traveling, and trying new activities.
Caroline
Caroline is a dental hygienist who has been practicing in the greater Boston area for just over four years. She graduated with her bachelor's degree in dental hygiene from the University of New England in 2020. During her time as a hygienist, she has traveled the east coast of Massachusetts collaborating with a variety of different dentists and specialists. Her broad spectrum of experience allows for her skill to expand many aspects of dentistry from pediatrics to periodontics.
Caroline’s passion for dentistry shows in her focus on patient education, as she strongly believes patients should be involved in their own care. She has found a home in Exquisite Dentistry and is eager to share her love for dental hygiene with new and recurring patients.
Francine
Francine joined Exquisite Dentistry in May 2024, bringing her management experience and background in facial aesthetics to support the practice's mission of providing exceptional patient care. As a Marine Corps veteran, she values discipline and teamwork, qualities that shine in her role as Office Manager. Her expertise as a licensed Medical Aesthetician adds a unique perspective to the practice, enhancing the overall patient experience.
Outside of work, Francine is a proud mom who enjoys spending quality time with her family. She and her fiancé love exploring new restaurants across New England, embracing their shared love of good food and adventure. Francine’s dedication to her team and passion for patient-focused care make her an essential part of Exquisite Dentistry.
